In this questionnaire, we aim to investigate people's preferences in shampoo brand selection, environmental awareness, and understanding of the brand O'right.

The Earth has been suffering from all kinds of pollution for millennia. And the bad news is, pollution worsens as human technology continues to advance.

Why?

POLLUTION

First, we investigate the key aspects that affect customers'  choices when purchasing a product from a particular brand. These aspects include scent, ingredients, appearance, and so on.

FIRST STEP

Knowing O'right

Lastly, we assess people's familiarity with O'right and the brand's advantages in the haircare industry. O'right releases a variety of products, including hair and body care products. We what to know which O'right products people purchase, and moreover, why they choose O'right. Through this survey, people will have a better understanding of O'right, and those who don't know the brand will be familiar with its work and ideals.

Customer Choices

Secondly, we want to know more about customers' views on the subject of environment protection. A variety of brands occupy today's shampoo market, encompassing every design, advertising all kinds of effects; and cost is yet another aspect which influences sales a huge deal. At this point, how would the label "Eco-Friendly" affect customers' choices? If the product is expensive, but harmless or even beneficial to the environment, would customers still accept the product?

SURVEY DESIGN.

Through opening questions on shampoo products, we introduce the theme of environmental protection; then, we explore our respondent's environmental awareness based on their choices and considerations in purchasing shampoo products; and lastly, by making connections between O'right and the respondent's daily life, we can assess their knowledge of the brand.
