After this research, our understanding of Mr. Fang and his social organization got even more in depth, including how Book house 60, food-sharing program for elders and the food bank benefits the neighbors. Went through the theme setting, background research, content organization, and website construction, we developed teamwork, helping each other out. Even though our team includes members from two grades, we still cooperate and communicate well throughout the project. It gives us a chance to explore the different dimensions of Taipei City; it inspires us that there is a organization in a little community that is helping the minority groups, dedicating everything to this society. Our team was all touched by Mr. Fang’s contribution and ambition. Witnessing the elders in the community who were once lonely, now have a place to socialize with one another, they have such sincere and innocent smile lying on their face with wrinkly eyes. That scene may never be discovered. However, this research allows us to go outside of the school and interview, then finally promote to the world what Mr.Fang’s facilities and the organization are doing for his community.

When I was a child, I often left food on the plate when I met food that I didn’t like. Even my parents couldn’t stop me. When I grew up, I realized that there are many people in the world who are even unable to determine whether they can or not eat today. Therefore, I think this interview helped me understand and help those who need help.

From the beginning of the research work, including the background query part, my concept of the book house and the elderly meals ended on the Internet. But until the day of the actual visit, I actually experienced and witnessed many old people eating together and doing crafts. Each face was hung with a smile. Their life is positive, and the kind of feeling can not be expressed with a single photo or speech, and can only be personally experienced. Mayor Fang has set up such a community, not only to solve the food and clothing of the elderly in the community, but also to provide a social field and enrich their daily life. Because of this opportunity of the Cyberfair, I was able to see the other side of Taipei. Under the management and assistance of Mr. Fang, the community changed into a very warm place.

I didn't know what the food was like from the beginning. Now I have a good understanding of Book House's continuation plan and the old people's meal. Compared with the bustling city of Taipei, Zhongqinli is a simple place. I never thought that there was a group of vulnerable people in need of assistance in a corner of Taipei. Old people and low-income households who are often unable to get enough food and clothing will gather in Loho Paradise where the physiology of Mayor Fang is set up for simple food and clothing. At this table, I saw warmth from the eyes of an old man of kindness. In the Nanjichang community, I felt touched of the old-fashioned community and the long-term efforts.

I think this Cyberfair gave me the opportunity to learn about the importance of the food sharing plan and discover problems I have never thought of or explored. I found that there were so many elderly residents in the community who could not eat three meals a day, and found that institutions like Carrefour are helping them. Some people have never thought about the food they have discarded, and others may not even be able to eat it. Therefore, we will let everyone know more about the value of food with this Cyberfair.

I have never thought about the importance of food, and I don't know what I am doing. It has been found that many people may have difficulty in eating three meals a day. Some people are still wasting food. If they do not eat, it will go to waste, regardless of the people who have difficulty eating a meal in society. So this Cyberfair allows us to better understand the lives and hardships of these people.

I feel that this Cyberfair has made me understand the importance of the food sharing plan. From childhood to the present, I will leave food that I don't like, causing unnecessary waste, but after doing this research, I understand that some elderly people who need help have problems with three meals. We should save food instead of waste it. Actually, when I went to interview the elderly ,book house, I saw some volunteers helping me. I was very touched by the volunteers sharing the experience. I think this event has changed my perception of "leftovers".
Jonathan Lin
I think that this action has taught me a lot, especially the feelings of people who are in different social status. When I think that many people in the world can't be sure when their next meal is, maybe even their last meal, I think they are abhorrent. I read an article on the Internet before, saying that in fact, the world's food is enough for everyone to eat, but the rich have taken these foods for themselves, and they have wasted a lot. Therefore, I think this interview will definitely make people around the world realize that many people still need help.

At the beginning, I only knew a little about this topic. Through the process of collecting information, I first learned about the Carrefour Leftovers Project, the Book House Flower, the Auspicious Service Association, and the Food Bank. However, in order to further understand and experience, we arranged a rare opportunity to conduct an interview in the local area. It seems that the bustling Taipei City has many corners worth exploring, and Zhongqin is one of them. In the comfort circle of our lives, we have never imagined that there are such a group of disadvantaged families, elderly people living alone, or new residents, and we need everyone's help. Under this technologically advanced network, even a simple care, greeting, or a delicious meal is a very happy thing for them. The local Mr, Fang is a person like this, a great person with a heart full of love. In the past few decades, as long as he sees people in need of help in the community, he will quickly lend a helping hand and hope that he can influence more people through his own actions, so that this love can also be spread everywhere. The corner of the area. "Helping people to be happy," I hope that with this special topic, I will see the efforts of Mayor Fang and the silent efforts of the kind people.

After this in-depth understanding and actual visit, I have different views on the renewal plan. Before I set off, the renewal plan was limited to allowing me to make better use of food. The food was distributed to those in need. I did not expect that many of the items in this project were not as easy as they were supposed to be; the food used in food banks, old people's meals, and bookstores required manpower. As well as the time to screen and distribute, there are scales and achievements like today, which can not be achieved in a short period of time, and the long-term and social welfare organizations that have been promoted behind the scenes have devoted a lot of time and energy. I hope to overturn the fate of the leftover food, and at the same time take care of the vulnerable groups in the community. The renewal plan is no longer just a plan to reduce food waste. He is full of love from the community, the Auspicious Service Association and the community people. Plan, waiting for other social corners in the future, the same to warm more people in need.
