       This research project is about how a group of people in Taiwan, especially in the north, contribute to this society. From the Book House 60, food bank, Southern Airport Lok Garden, Carrefour Foundation to Zhongqin Li, they are all fighting for all the difficulties encountered in this land, and the purpose of the Taiwan School Cyberfair is to “represent the ambassadors of their respective local communities and have the mission of introducing the local characteristics of Taiwan to the audience around the world”.

        As a student in north Taiwanv, we hope that through the power of the Cyberfair, we can show people who haven’t been in contact with or doesn’t understood to know about this group of people who help disadvantaged groups in the north; first of all, the problem of wasting food in the north and throughout Taiwan is very serious. There are many people who don't know how to deal with the extra food in their homes. In Zhong Qinli, located in Taipei, Hesheng Fang has set up a food bank to allow non-governmental organizations or individuals to donate food that still has value in their hands for those who need it. Carrefour also actively promotes the renewal plan. When purchasing, if the amount of purchase is too large, you can choose to donate a part of the food in the Carrefour store to prevent food that is still edible was wasted.

       Then, with the aging society in Taiwan gradually becoming a problem, how to help and solve the care of the elders has become a heavy issue in the society. After seeing this problem, Hesheng Fang set up the Southern Airport Lok Garden and allow the nearby elders to come together and share the food in order to solve the problem about food. Through this opportunity, I hope that more people can see the problems that are happening in all corners of the society, and that facilities, as well as charities that are helping and improving these issues, can give these people more help through your assist.

Interview Techniques

        It is very difficult and unfamiliar to visit people who you don’t know. It’s better to prepare for meaningful questions beforehand, and pinning the depth of the questions. At the same time, you must inform the other party in advance, no matter what kind of ways you use, just let the other person know that they are going to be interviewed, or else it will disturb the private time of the respondent and isn’t respectful to others. On the other hand, this interview also allowed us to practice the skills of communication between people. When you’re interviewing, you must master the speed and attitude of speaking. Among them, it take a lot of skills when you ask questions. For example, ask one question at a time to avoid the respondent's exposure to too much information at a time without knowing how to agree. When you have finished asking questions, you can pause and let yourself and the other person take a breath. It is also very important to concentrate and listen carefully so that the other person can feel respect. Finally, thank the other party after the visit, thank them for their willingness to cooperate. The recording is also a big problem, because the respondents usually answer questions very quickly, which makes it difficult for us to record. Therefore, we have no way to record all the dialogues.Write down the most important information and go back to the details if you have the time, or just record them speaking and type it out afterwards.

Data Collection

        Although we usually need to collect information on the internet when we are in school, so we are more skilled in this area, but the information we collected is not so detailed or the data is wrong. So, we learn to refer to it by visiting more websites, or collecting materials in different ways. At the same time, how to organize the information and extract the key points is another new skill we have learned. The information collected by different websites will be written into our own content. In this special study, we went to the actual interview, and through a new way, we not only make our information more convincing, but also more diverse.

Planning the interview

        In normal life, we rarely touch the field of interview, so this interview is a brand new experience for us. Preparations beforehand are very important, first, we must understand the local situation, background and environment, and also plan the route and transportation to the area. Then, the interview questions need to be drafted first, so that we will not be panicking during the interview process and will not be able to complete the goal. At the same time, we must first contact the interviewee to determine the date, address and location of the visit. Before the visit, we must also divide the work of everyone: choose the representatives of interviews, records and videos. Finally, we can officially launch our actual interview.

Setting up the website

        This is the first time we have used Adobe Muse to design a website. Although using Adobe Muse to create a website is complicated, we learn how to operate this computer software through the teaching and guidance of our good computer teacher. At the same time, the team members will teach each other and study each other to design a complete thematic website. In the image and drawing part, we use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to do photo processing, image production and art design. Because we have learned how to use it before, so we have not encountered much difficulty, but in order to make the photos look more beautiful, or we want to add other effects, we still ask the computer teacher for advices. By using different computer software, we have also learned more different techniques, and after learning these techniques, we can use these software skills in more fields later.
