In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your CyberFair project both on-line and in person.

In our cyberfair project we’ve contacted few people who we want to interview. At first, we want to interview a Taiwanese puppet show stage producer, so we emailed him. Then, this stage producer called us, and he wants a lot of interview fee, so we then change the interviewees to the teapot maker Chen Nian Chou. We contacted Chen Nian Chou’s secretary by email, thankfully the secretary is nice, and she agree to let us interview Chen Nian Chou. We keep contacting her and finally we went to interview Chen Nian Chou on Christmas Eve. When we are interviewing and contacting, we are always polite and nice, as we represent our school, we want our impression to be good. When we are interviewing, everybody is very impressed on what we are doing, they are amazed at how a 8th grade girls can do this much things. Lastly, our interview is very successful, and we all learn a lot things.

What has been the impact of your project on your community?

Our project is talking about the teapot and tea culture, tea culture is always one of the most important cultures in our country. However, for the past few years, Taiwanese tea culture is starting to disappear, less and less people in Taiwan have learned or even heard of. So this project helps raise the awareness of people in our community. Our project is on the Cyber fair website, which means everyone around the world is able to see the Taiwanese tea culture. And we can be sure that more than 200 people have seen our project and learned more about this important culture.

How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?

In our project, we have to give out forms to collect data, so we send out a lot of emails to students in our school and we also send out links to other members in our community. Thankfully, everyone is nice, they helped us fill out the form and give out a lot of advice and informations to us. Also, many of our teachers gives a lot of helps. Our teacher helped us with a lot of information and advices, and our computer teacher helped us set up our website, we are very thankful to them. We want to thank everyone who helped us collect data and our website or informations.
