Whether or not you are a criminal, whether or not you possess a Good Citizen Certificate, whether or not you have a healthy mind; these are often requirements the employer considers before hiring a man. But can these tags really define a person? In order to eliminate the discriminations the public have against ex-criminals and push for a friendly, fair society, we want to study the harsh environment that ex-criminals face.

During our process, we discovered an inspirational person: An-Pong Cheng. Different from other Drug Control Centers, the founder of Rumah Victory, An-Pong himself, was a heavy drug addict, and even a drug dealer himself. What changed his life? What made him determined to establish and devote his mind, money, and time on this association? We were curious about his stories: no matter if it's the underworld culture that we students couldn’t touch, special stories, or details during the establishment of the association. We hope that, through the twists and turns in his life story, we would be able to encourage more people with similar experiences to corporate with us and reshape this world.
