In Xsing Taizhao’s long career, he had processed through countless legal cases and, of course, solved the majority of them. Also being the chairman of the Taiwan After-Care Association, he has been addressing the dilemma faced by rehabilitated families in society - aiming to provide a second chance for imprisoned people and their families. He brought quality education and sanitation to women’s prisons to prevent their babies from suffering from poor health conditions. Moreover, he supports people who got out of prison to get rid of poverty. However, he said that helping rehabilitate families is not out of love or a desire to protect them; instead, is to ensure a safer society, which is the purpose of the law. Prosecutor Xsing provided an example of Jewish: Jews believe that doing good deeds is a social obligation, not charity. You can only be well when everyone else is well too.

Xsing believes that no one is born as a villain; most people commit crimes as a last resort or on a whim. Continuous compression will only trigger them to self-defeat, so doing it another way, treating them well, should be easier to arouse gratitude and self-reflection. He also responds to the awkward situation of rehabilitated people in society. Nowadays, most job employment requires a “Good Citizenship Certificate”, which makes people who have a bad record extremely hard to get a job besides laborers. These kinds of restrictions on criminals are necessary even though they might seem unfair. Discrimination is a process that these rehabilitated people must go through, and it requires time to fix this situation.
